We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Your account must be in good standing

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds even within the 14-day window:

3 After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day refund period has expired, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Partial or unused subscription periods beyond the 14-day window
  • Services already rendered
  • Dissatisfaction with the service outcome due to factors beyond our control
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases after 14 days

4 Exceptional Circumstances

Even after the 14-day refund period, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Demonstrable error in service execution that violates our service guarantees
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

5 How to Request a Refund

  • Detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will typically be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For credit card payments, refunds may appear as a credit on your statement.

7 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but you will continue to receive services until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the 14-day refund period, you may still request a refund as described above. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 14-day window.

8 Payment Processor Policies

Please note that refunds processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) are subject to their respective processing times and policies. While we may approve a refund request, the actual refund to your payment method is subject to the payment processor's timeline and procedures.
