To use Heroikk, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Heroikk provides tools to detect and assist in the removal of pirated or unauthorized content from the internet. While we use advanced technologies and processes, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all infringing content.

You agree to:

• Use Heroikk only for lawful purposes
• Only monitor and enforce rights for content you own or have legal authorization to protect
• Not interfere with or disrupt our platform or servers
• Not use Heroikk for harassment or false takedown claims

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Access to certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly communicated prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

All content and software associated with Heroikk are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your own anti-piracy needs.

Your use of Heroikk is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Heroikk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While we strive to assist with the removal of pirated content, we are not responsible for third-party compliance with takedown requests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Heroikk at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
